Bakehouse
Brand Identity

Home & Design
A brand identity designed in 2014, still in use as the business expands from Rutland to San Francisco.
Services
The brief
Bakehouse is a fine English cabinet maker based in Rutland, designing, building and installing bespoke kitchens for properties across the UK and internationally. The business was growing and producing exceptional work, but the logo and brand identity didn’t reflect the quality of what was being made or where the company was heading. They needed an identity with longevity.
The Thinking
We designed a complete brand identity including logo, typographical style and colour palette, built around a visual language that would feel timeless rather than fashionable. The aim was an identity that could sit alongside the craftsmanship of the product itself and hold its position as the business grew.
The outcome
The identity has been in active use for eleven years. In that time Bakehouse has been featured in Vogue, Architectural Digest, House & Garden, The Times and the Wall Street Journal, and has expanded into the US market with a presence at the 2026 San Francisco Decorator Showcase. The brand we designed in 2014 continues to represent the business today.
